I will take the earliest flight I can Saturday so I arrive in time for the afternoon workout, after which I will have a day off before we really get after it. I am told we will be lifting twice a day Monday-Saturday plus an extra 7:30am stretch warmup. Having access to all the food and recovery tools as well as such elite coaching will hopefully make this one of the most effective training weeks I have ever had, and I plan to pick Zygmunt's brain on everything from technique to weight cutting. Maybe I'll even get to watch a wrestling practice or two!
